You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The complement of angle A is 20 degrees less than half the supplement of triangle A. Find the measure of angle A
--------------
Complement of A is 90-A
Supplement of A is 180-A
------------------------------
Equation:
90-A = (1/2)(180-A)-20
---
90-A = 90-(A/2) - 20
(A/2) +70 = 90
A/2 = 20
A = 40 degrees
