Question 209299: ok so im studying and i haven't been in school for about three months and there are a lot of stuff that i have forgotten. ive looked on the internet to try to find some way to help me understand how to solve the problem but so far nothing. the question is
for all r is not equal to plus or minus 2, (r squared - 5r + 6) over (r squared - 4
so now im supposed to solve it. and im not sure how to go about doing that.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
for all r is not equal to plus or minus 2, (r squared - 5r + 6) over (r squared - 4
so now im supposed to solve it. and im not sure how to go about doing that.
-------------------------------------------
The sentence is telling you that, as long as r is not equal to +2 or -2,
(r^2-5r+6)(r^2-4) is meaningful.
---------------------------------------
If r = +2 the denominator is zero so the fraction would be "undefined".
Also, ir r = -2 the denominator would be zero and the fraction would be
"undefined".
==================
There is not "solution" as you are not given an equation to solve.
