Hi:
If you found something wrong try again, calm down , sit and think.

Change
8m-2n=-16
2m-.5n=-4 into
4m-n =-8
4m-n= -8
by suing your eyes, absoltely no calculator, and no need pen or pencil.
You will see they are the same equation. Tjis means they are linearly independent
(or two parallel lines ) and have infinitely many solutions.
