You can put this solution on YOUR website!
At this point, you can make 2 groups.
(x^3-6x^2) is group 1.
(12x-9) is group 2.
Factor each group separately.
(x^3-6x^2) becomes x^2(x - 6).
(12x-9)becomes 3(4x - 3)

The final answer will be 3 factors:
(x^2 + 3)(x - 6)(4x - 3)
