You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Let x = speed of aircraft
w= speed of wind
r=d%2Ft

Rate with the wind = x+w = 960/4 = 240
Rate against wind = x-w = 960/6 = 180

x+w=240
x-w=160

2x = 400
x=200

x+w=240
200 + w = 240
w=40 mph
