Multiply 1st eqn by 3, 2nd by 5, put in order
15x - 27y = 21
-15x+ 35y = -25
--------------- Add
8y = -4
y = -1/2

5x - 9*(-1/2) = 7
5x + 9/2 = 7
5x = 5/2
x = 1/2
