You can put this solution on YOUR website! If two lines have different slopes and different y-intercepts, how many points of intersection are there?
-------------
Any 2 straight lines can have either 0 or 1 points of intersection.
If the slopes are the same and they're not coincident, they have 0, none.
If the slopes are different, regardless of the y-intercepts, they have 1.
The answer here is 1.
