:
A piece of real property is assessed at P 15,400. If this real property is assessed by 11/60 of its actual value, what is its actual value?
:
11%2F60x = 15400
Multiply both sides by 60
11x = 15400 * 60
:
11x = 924000
x = 924000%2F11
x = $84,000
