You can put this solution on YOUR website!
multiply the numerators and the denominators, then cancel what you can

%28%28-2a%5E2%29%2F%283a%5E2%29%29+%2A+%28%2820a%29%2F%2815a%5E3%29%29 = %28-40a%5E3%29%2F%2845a%5E5%29 = %28-8%29%2F%289a%5E2%29

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
%28-2a%5E2%29%2F%283a%5E2%29 * %2820a%29%2F%2815a%5E3%29
In the 1st fraction cancel a^2, cancel 5a in the second fraction, results
-2%2F3 * 4%2F%283a%5E2%29 = -8%2F%289a%5E2%29
