|x+4|>6 Finding the absolute value or answer means that, whenever you find the absolute value for a negative or positive number you will still get your answer to be positive, thats ±
So getting ride of the absolute is that
x + 4 > 6
x > 6 - 4
x > 2
And again, x + 4 > - 6
x > -6 - 4
x > -10
