SOLUTION: Solve:
A. 5x-4(6+2x)<2(1-x)
B. x-9<3x-4<x+8
C. 12-/7-2m/=9 (// are suppose to be absolute value sign)
If all of these are solved the same way could you please just show me ho

B. x-9<3x-4
C. 12-/7-2m/=9 (// are suppose to be absolute value sign)
If all of these are solved the same way could you please just show me how to do one. Thank you! Found 2 solutions by jim_thompson5910, stanbon:Answer by jim_thompson5910(35256) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! Solve:
A. 5x-4(6+2x)<2(1-x)
5x-24-8x<2-2x
-3x-24 < 2-2x
Add 3x to both sides: subtract 2 from both sides
5x < -26
x < -26/5
============================
B. x-9<3x-4
Subtract x from both sides: Add 4 to both sides
2x > -5
x > -5/2
============================
C. 12-/7-2m/=9
|7-2m| = 3
7-2m = 3 or 7-2m = -3
2m = 4 or 2m = 10
m = 2 or m = 5
