You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Simply pick any two two numbers where one is even and one is odd. I'm going to pick 2 and 5. Subtract them to get 5-2=3. Is the difference even? It isn't. Try another pair of even and odd numbers. You'll find that the difference is always an odd number. So the statement is false.
