Rewrite each fraction with the lcd as its denominator:

[4(w-2)]/lcd + (w+5)/lcd + [3(w+2)]/lcd

Combine the numerators over the lcd

[4w-8 + w+5 + 3w+6]/lcd

Simplify:
[8w+3]/[w^2-4]
