If you square both sides, you'll get

Now take the cube root of each side

x+=+27%5E%282%2F3%29
Now simplify
What is the cube root of 27? Well, 27 = 9*3= 3*3*3. So 27%5E%281%2F3%29+=+3
Thus

x+=+3%5E2
