You can put this solution on YOUR website!
If b and y are positive real numbers such that log(b)y = 2, what is log(b^2)y? Justify your answer.
---------------------------------------------
If log(b)y = 2 the b^2 = y
---
log(b^2)y = ? means (b^2)^? = y
--------------------------------------
Substitue for y to get:
(b^2)^? = b^2
Therefore ? = 1
----
So, if log(b)y = 2 then log(b^2)y = 1
