You can put this solution on YOUR website! The outcomes of an experiment are simply the results of the experiment. When they say that the outcomes are equally likely, this means that the probability associated to each outcome is the same. For the example, maybe you can use a spinner or maybe a Roulette Wheel (or something that can be found in Vegas)?
