 (2x+5)/5 = (x+2)/3
 .
 Multiply  thru  by  5*3=15  to  clear  fractions
 .
 3(2x+5) = 5(x+2)
 .
 6x +15 = 5x +10
 .
 x= -5
 .
 check,  (2*-5 +5) /5  = (-5+2)/3
 .
 (-10 +5)5  = -1,,,-3/3=-1,,,,,,ok
