AreaOfTriangle+=+bh%2F2
30+=+%28%28h%2B4%29%2Ah%29%2F2
60+=+h%5E2+%2B+4h
0+=+h%5E2+%2B+4h+-60
0+=+%28h%2B10%29%28h-6%29
So h is either -10 or 6. Since h must be positive, then height=6
base = height+4 = 10
Dimensions are h=6, b=10
