PR=V%5E2 Multiply both sides by "R".


V%5E2=PR Rearrange the equation.


V=%22%22%2B-sqrt%28PR%29 Take the square root of both sides.


So the solutions are V=sqrt%28PR%29 or V=-sqrt%28PR%29
