You can put this solution on YOUR website! Draw  the  number  line,  indicate  zero(0).  Now  find  (+1),  and  put  a  solid  dot.  Then  draw  an  arrow  to  the  left,  starting  at  the  plus  one  dot. .
 This  indicated,  less  than  or  equal  to  one.

 The "]" indicates  <=,  while  the  ")" indicates  only <.  {vv  for  "[",or"(" }
