You can put this solution on YOUR website! Please help me Find the equation of perpendicular bisector of line segment with endpoints (3,-5) and (6,4) ----------------------------
 The mid-point if [(3+6)/2,(-5+4)/2] = (4.5,0.5)
 --------------------
 The slope of the line thru the given points is (4--5)/(6-3)= 3
 -------------
 The slope of every perpendicular line must be -1/3
 ----------------------------------------------------
 The form of the desired line is y = mx+b
 From the mid-point you know y = 1/2 when x = 9/2,
 And you know the slope is -1/3
 So, 9/2 = (-1/3)*(1/2) + b
 b = 4 2/3 or 14/3
 -----------------------------
 Equation:
 y = (-1/3)x + (14/3)
