Question 201778: On a practice test that I took it said that the equation of
A^-3 B^1/3 A^3/4 B^3 = B^10/9
-------
A^ 9/4
I want to know how that is the correct answer

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
a^(-3)b^(1/3)a^(3/4)b^3a^(-9/4)
=a^((-12/4)+(3/4)-(9/4))b(1/3)+(9/3)
=a^(-18/4)b^(10/3)
.
b^10/9 would be correct if the denominator was a^(-9/4) instead of a^(9/4)
Check the original practice test to see if you made an error copying it.
