Remember the order of operations

2(2-8)/(12/7(3-6))
2(-6)/(12/7(-3))
-12/(12/-21)
remember no division with fractions, invert second fraction and multiply
(-12/1)(-21/12)=240/12=20
remember (-)(-)=+
