You can put this solution on YOUR website! If the cost,in dollars, of a box of my favorite cereal is the same as the number of different values of x which satisfy ( x square minus nine ) to the power of three equal to zero, then a box of this cereal costs how much ?
------------------------
(x^2 - 9)^3 = 0
x^2 - 9 = 0
x = $3

You can put this solution on YOUR website! Since , then there will be 3 SAME equations that equal 0
And so, just one of these 3 equations should be evaluated to find the different values of x
Now, since gives us x-values of + 3 or - 3, which are 2 VALUES, then the cost of the box of cereal is $2.
