Let x = Jane's Speed
Also, x + 15 = Peter's Speed --> 15%28mi%2Fhr%29faster

When we ADD the "Speed" in "3" hours for both, they cover a distance of 225 miles:
Based on the formula,

225=x%283%29%2B%28x%2B15%29%283%29
225=3x%2B3x%2B45
