logM(base2)+logN(base2)+3
recall the rules of logs ie log(a+b)=log(ab)
express 3 in form of log(base2)=log8(base2)hence
logM(base2)+logN(base2)+log8(base2) factor out log(base2)
log(base2)[M*N*8]
=log%28base2%298MN%29
