Is oblong rectangular? If so, it's 19.25 by 12.5 meters.
The 2 paths would be 2 m by 19.25 m and 2 m by 12.5 m minus the 2 by 2 meters where they cross (the area wouldn't be paved twice).
= 19.25*2 + 12.5*2 - 4
= 38.5 + 25 - 4
= 59.5 square meters.
