You can put this solution on YOUR website!

Given Line Eqn, +y=%28-7%2F3%29x%2B1%2F5 has a Slope=m=-7%2F3.

*Remember for perpendicular lines, the Slope of other is reverse reciprocal:
m%5B2%5D=-1%2Fm=-1%2F%28-7%2F3%29=%28-1%29%28-3%2F7%29
red%28m%5B2%5D=3%2F7%29

Then thru point (7,15) with slope=m%5B2%5D=3%2F7:
y=mx%2Bb
15=%283%2Fcross%287%291%29%28cross%287%291%29%2Bb
b=15-3=12, Y-Intercept

It follows line eqn---> green%28y=%283%2F7%29x%2B12%29 in SLope-Intercept Form passing thru point (7,15).

----> red%28y=%28-7%2F3%29x%2B1%2F5%29; green%28y=%283%2F7%29x%2B12%29

Thank you,
