Because this requires a whole number answer, the easiest way to find the answer would be to find multiples of 150 and knowing that a square is the most efficient use of perimeter in quadrilaterals. You would find the answer of 10*15. The other close answers are not exactly 150mSq. (12*12=144, 12*13=156, 11*14=154, 10*14=140...)
