You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The way to solve this problem is to add all the fractions by finding a denominator that is common to them all. What denominator is common to 1/10,1/4,1/5, and 2/15?

How about 60? Even if it is not the lowest common denominator we can go ahead and use it and reduce it later if necessary.

1/10 times 60/60 = 6/60
1/4 times 60/60 = 15/60
1/5 times 60/60 = 12/60
2/15 times 60/60 = 8/60

6+15+12+8/60 = 41/60 I don't see anyway of reducing this answer to a lower denominator so our final answer will have to be 41/60.

I hope that I got it right!
