You can put this solution on YOUR website!

Solve by Quadratic:
x%5E2%2Bx-10=0
Solving discriminant: b%5E2-4ac=1%5E2-4%2A1%2A-10=1%2B40=41
Then,
x=%28-1%2B-sqrt%2841%29%29%2F%282%2A1%29=%28-1%2B-6.4%29%2F2
x=%28-1%2B6.4%29%2F2=5.4%2F2=red%282.7%29
x=%28-1-6.4%29%2F2=-7.4%2F2=-3.7, disregard

Since, x=2.7, rounding off equals x=3 employees
(should be greater than 2.7 anyway)

Check by susbtituting:
P=3%5E3%2B3-10
P=9-7
red%28P=2%29, "+", oks!

If we use x=2.7, then P=0.
If you see the graph,
