18x=15x^2+12x assuming this is ok
15x^2+12x-18x=0
15x^2-6x=0
3x(5x-2)=0....ONCE YOU GOT THE EXPRESSION FACTORISED AND IF THE PRODUCT IS ZERO>>>THEN>>ONE OF THE FACTORS SHOULD BE ZERO>>>THAT IS THE SOLUTION>>>
hence 3x=0 or 5x-2=0
so x=0 or 5x=2..or x=2/5
