 The slope, m, of y = 5x-2 is 5.  It's in the slope-intercept form, y = mx+b
 All lines parallel to it have the same slope.
 Then use
 y-y1 = m*(x-x1) where (x1,y1) is the point (5,0)
 y = 5*(x-5)
 y = 5x - 25
