Do the parentheses first by multiplying the internal exponents by the external expopnents.
%28-3z%29%5E2%282z%5E9%29%5E3+=+%289z%5E2%29%288z%5E27%29 Now multiply the integers.
%289z%5E2%29%288z%5E27%29+=+72%28z%5E2%29%28z%5E27%29 Finally, add the exponents of the variable z.
