Thru point (1,5) via Slope-Intercept form
y=mx%2Bb
5=1%2A1%2Bb
b=5-1=4, Y-Intercept

It follows, red%28y=x%2B4%29 ----> Line Eqn that will pass to the given points.

Let fy=0:
0=x%2B4 ----> red%28x=-4%29, X-Interecpt
Let fx=0:
y=0%2B4=red%284%29, Y-Intercept
