raise to power of 2:
x+10+x-6+ 2(sqrt((x+10)(x-6)))=64
2x+4+ 2(sqrt(x^2+4x-60))=64
2(sqrt(x^2+4x-60) =60-2x
raise to power of 2 :
4(x^2+4x-60)= (60-2x)^2
4x^2+16x-240 = 3600+4x^2-240x
256x = 3840
===========> x = 15
