Solve for h:
v+=+1%2F3Ah Multiply both sides by 3Ah
3Avh+=+1 Now divide both sides by 3Av
h+=+1%2F3Av ...and this is not one your choice of answers.
But, suppose you meant to write:
v+=+%281%2F3%29Ah Multiply both sides by 3.
3v+=+Ah Now divide both sides by A
3v%2FA+=+h or h+=+3v%2FA...and this corresponds to answer c. in your list!
