3. Find the test statistic t.
4. Find the critical t0
5. Define the rejection region.
6. State the statistical decision.
7. Application interpretation.

calculating the test statistic.
t = r*sqrt[(n-2)/(1-r^2)] = = 0.9337*sqrt[7/(1-(0.9337)^2] = 6.8993
----
The 2nd method calculates a critical value for r(alpha)

4. Find the critical when alpha = 1% and df= 7 : to = 3.499

5. Define the rejection region.: reject Ho if test stat > 3.499
