You can
put this solution on YOUR website!
x^4 + x^2y^2 + y^4
Using the quadratic equation:
we get.
x=(-1+-sqrt[1^2-4*1*1])/2*1
x=(-1+-sqrt1-4)/2
x=(-1+-sqrt-3)/2
x=(-1+-1.732i)/2
x=1/2+-.866i
x=.5+-.866i ans.
