Multiply both sides by 5 to get rid of all denominators:
10x+30=2x
Subtract 2x from both sides:
8x+30=0
Subtract 30 from both sides:
8x = -30
Divide both sides by 8:
x = -30/8
x = -15/4
x = -3.75
