Add all the numbers, then divide by the number of numbers. That is the mean.

Put your data in numerical order in a single row. The datum in the center of your row of numbers is the median.

Count the frequency of each datum, i.e. how many 4s, how many 5s, etc. The one that occurs most frequently is the mode.
