:
2x%5E2%2B6x=x%2B25.....distributed left side
:
2x%5E2%2B5x-25=0 collected like terms on left side
:
%282x-5%29%28x%2B5%29=0...factored
:
2x-5=0 and x+5=0
:
2x=5--->x=5/2
:
x+5=0--->x=-5
:
x= 5/2, -5
