Where: r=radius; h,k=center; x,y=point on the circle

Given: center (4,-3)= (h,k); radius= r = 9
It follows---> %28x-4%29%5E2%2B%28y-%28-3%29%29%5E2=9%5E2 ---> highlight%28%28x-4%29%5E2%2B%28y%2B3%29%5E2=81%29 ---> Standard form with center (4,-3);
