You can put this solution on YOUR website! 2x-3y =18
5x +3y =3
---------
Add to solve for "x":
7x = 21
x = 3
---------
Substitute into 5x + 3y = 3 to solve for "y":
5*3 + 3y = 3
15 + 3y = 3
3y = -12
y = -4
------------
Solution: (3,-4)

You can put this solution on YOUR website! 2x - 3y = 18
5x + 3y = 3
------------ Adding these eqns we get
7x = 21
Dividing both sides by 7 we get
x = 21/7 = 3
Substitutig the value of x in the first equation we get
2(3) - 3y = 18
6 - 3y = 18 subtracting 6 from both sides of this equation we have
- 3y = 18 - 6 = 12 Dividig both sides by - 3 we get
- 3y / (-3) = 12/ (-3)
y = - 4
so x = 3 and y = -4 are the solution

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Just add these together
Then substitute this back into
either equation
Add to both sides
Subtract from both sides
The answer is (3,-4)
