Trapezoid will consist of a rectangle with breadth = 9m (height of trapezoid)
and two right traingles one of side of each will be teh height of trapezoid viz 9m and the base add upto 18m(25m (one side fo tapezoid)-7m(the other side))
Hence area of trapezoid = area of two triangles +area of rectangle
=1/2 * base* height +1/2 * base* height + 9*7
=(1/2*9)(base+base) +63
=81 +63
= 144 sq m
Perimter = sum of all sides = 2(6.5+3) m = 19m
