The X value needs to be in front of the Y value.
Standard form is:
AX%2BBY=C
So, your standard form answer should be:
-x%2By=7

If you mean standard linear form then all terms should be on l.h.s. equated to zero on r.h.s….so you should write it as
y-x-7=0
