You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Let x be the original side
New length = x+5, new width = x+2
New area = (x+5)(x+2) = 130
Means x^2 + 7x + 10 = 130; x^2 + 7x – 120 = 0, (x + 15)(x – 8) = 0
Answer: So the original length was 8 meters
