= [3 + i] / [2 + 5i]
Multiply numerator and denominator by 2 - 5i

= [(3+i)(2-5i)] / [(2+5i)(2-5i)]
= [6+5 +2i-15i] / [4 + 25]
= [11 - 13i] / [29]
