You can see you are working on a circle. The only valeus of x to try are -5, -4, -3, -2 , -1, 0 and 1.
Looking at the plot, you can see x=0 is in. So find the y 3 and -3.
Looking at the plot, the only other x that looks promising is x = -4. That too yields y at 3 and -3
Of course, you could just plug in each value and use tiral and error too.
