You can put this solution on YOUR website! Point W is located along the x-axis 13 units from point R.
If this point is located along the x-axis, then the value of the y coordinate remains the same or 5.
You did not say if the distance of W from point R is 13 units to the left or right of quadrant 1.
This is what I did:
w = (13 + 7, 5)
w = (20, 5)
